Online Registration process for NEET Phase 2 2016 is commencing from today i.e. 26th May, 2016
NEET Is applicable for
All
India Quota seats, State Government Quota Seats where the State
Government concerned so opts and Private/Management/NRI Quota Seats in
all Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private/Deemed University.
NEET Phase-II Fee Details:
For General/OBC: Rs. 1400/-
For Sc/ST/PH: Rs. 750/-
NEET phase II highlights
- Total examination is conducted for 720 marks
- There is no 12th standard weightage in the exam; only NEET 2 marks are only calculated in final result
- This year total 29 states are participating in the state, so appearing candidates in the exam number will drastically change
- Students who scored marks between 300 to 330 marks will be declared as qualifying persons for counseling but cut off marks will highly change.
- There is no guarantee that students who attend for NEET 2 counseling will get seats; it will depend upon the cut off marks
- After announcing results, they will give national wide ranks and state wise ranks. Students who want to join in their particular state can attend for counseling through state wise ranks, or else they can attend with counselling with nation wise ranks in other states
- Up to now AIPMT has given 15% quota for all states except AP, Telangana and Jammu Kashmir. This year they can change this number
How to prepare -
If you are preparing for neet you must now few things about exam :
1. first of all read ncert book and go through them fully .
2. For biology you have to read out each singl;e line of the book
3. After every chapter please prepare MCQ and make strong your weak part of the chapter.
4. And make short note on every chapter which may help you at the time revision .
NEET phase 2 details -
National Eligibility cum entrance exam
is abbreviated as NEET. Central Board of Secondary education will
conduct this exam. At present NEET is the hot topic. Many issues and
many complications are arising about exam. Actually, NEET exam is a
national level entrance test exam for medicine courses like MBBS and
BDS. Students of engineering were writing JEE exam as the national level
test in engineering. In the same way, this NEET exam is conducted at
the nationwide, up to this year they conducted this exam as AIPMT that
means ALL India Pre Medical Test, al Indians know this
exam with this name only. This year in 2016 on May 1st they conducted
AIPMT exam and changed its name as NEET phase 1. Supreme Court gave
order that no state entrance exams are acceptable to get the medical
seat. Students have to write NEET exam to get admission, as the second
chance, they are conducting NEET phase 2 now. Previous, they pass the
order that students who had written phase 1 are not eligible for phase
2, but Supreme Court declared on May 9th that students of phase 1 will also allow for phase 2. So students can write the examination without any tension.
NEET 2 exam pattern
- Examination is conducted on the subjects of physics, chemistry, botany and zoology
- Each subject is conducted for 45 questions
- Each question carries 4 marks for every right answer and 1 mark deduction for every wrong answer
- Exam is conducted in the duration of 3 hours
- Total exam is conducted for 720 marks
